Second graders at Oakland Elementary School in Denver received brand-new bikes and helmets during a special delivery with Wish for Wheels and the Denver Broncos.

Denver Broncos players, cheerleaders, alumni and Miles the Mascot joined Wish for Wheels to help make the day unforgettable, surprising students with their own new bikes and celebrating alongside them as they got ready to ride.

For many of these students, a new bike represents more than a way to get around. It creates opportunities for independence, confidence, exercise and adventure—and the simple joy of being a kid.

The Denver Broncos captured the day in a photo gallery featuring the students, bikes and community that brought the experience to life.
