For Caprice, there's nothing better than helping people discover the joy of working together for a cause that truly matters, and then witnessing the pure excitement on kids' faces when they receive their very first bikes.With a track record of strong performance in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, she skillfully manages various administrative duties including general operations, HR, event and travel logistics and direct support of executive teams.

Prior to joining WFW, Caprice served as Operations Director for Shift Events, managing large-scale cycling events including Colorado's legendary Triple Bypass. Her event management experience runs deep and began after college driving the iconic Oscar Mayer Wienermobile across the country. She then joined a leading event marketing agency and managed experiential marketing events for Miller Brewing Company and LEGO. While raising her four kids she ran her own fitness business, facilitated grief support groups, and served in various volunteer leadership roles at her kids’ schools. Each of these experiences taught her something different about bringing people together, creating meaningful connections, and holding space for others—skills she uses as a Build/Give Specialist.

Caprice spent much of her youth on two wheels, and after getting married, she and her husband spent three months bike packing through Europe. She loves how bikes offer a sense of independence and a completely different perspective when exploring—you take routes you'd never discover by car, and you notice details that would otherwise pass you by. That same independence and sense of discovery is exactly what she wants every second grader to experience when they ride away on their new bike.

When she's not facilitating Build & Give events, Caprice can be found spending time with her family, exploring the outdoors, reading, or planning her next travel adventure.
