Andy Shober is the Director of Focused Growth, serving emerging companies across the country. His focus is on revenue and growth acceleration. Andy has a 35 year record of successfully launching, scaling and turning around businesses ranging from startups to Fortune 50's.
Bikes and cycling have been a part of Andy’s life since he was a child. He enjoys road and mountain biking, crediting his fingertip grip on sanity to plenty of time in the saddle. He was first exposed to a program like Wish For Wheels in Boston in 2014, and saw the impact it had on the participants, children and families it served. He joined Wish For Wheels in 2020.
